1. Scope of Services
Handyman Home Services provides residential handyman, carpentry, basement finishing, drywall repair, and related home improvement services throughout Madison and Dane County, Wisconsin. Services are strictly residential.
2. Estimates and Work Authorizations
Most jobs can be estimated over the phone or by email with photos. Formal estimates reflect the visible scope of work at the time of assessment. Any unforeseen structural, plumbing, electrical, or moisture conditions discovered during demolition or preparation will be brought to the homeowner's attention prior to proceeding.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of agreed-upon daily or project milestones unless otherwise outlined in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed prior to service commencement.
4. Homeowner Responsibilities
Homeowners are responsible for providing unobstructed access to work areas, securing household pets, removing personal or fragile items from work zones, and identifying any concealed utilities or shutoffs when requested.
